Cinnamon Donut Mix
Create a fresh bakery donut in your kitchen topped with cinnamon and sugar. Kids will love it and adults won’t admit it.
1 packet Just In Time Gourmet® Cinnamon Sugar Donut Mix with cinnamon sugar packet
1 cup water
2 gallon size zip lock bags
1/3 cup butter, melted
• Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray two, 6 well donut pans with non-stick cooking spray.
• In a large bowl, combine donut mix with water; stir until well blended. Transfer batter to zip lock bag. Close bag securely and cut a small hole from one corner tip. Pipe batter into prepared pans, filling each donut cup 1⁄2 full.
• Bake 7 – 9 minutes or until donuts spring back. Allow donuts to cool in pan for about 5 minutes before removing.
• Empty cinnamon sugar packet into zip lock bag. Brush both side of each donut with butter and place in bag with cinnamon sugar. Close bag securely and toss until donuts are thoroughly coated. Enjoy immediately.
