Lemonade Cheesecake Mix
Just like a glass of lemonade on a hot summer’s day, this cheesecake will refresh the senses and leave any sweet tooth satisfied.
1 packet Just In Time Gourmet® Lemonade No Bake Cheesecake Mix
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed and divided
1 graham cracker pie crust
Lemon slices (optional garnish)
• In a large bowl, beat cheesecake mix and cream cheese until smooth and creamy; gently stir in 4 ounces whipped topping.
• Spoon mixture into crust and, if desired, top with remaining whipped topping.
• Chill at least 2 hours.
