1 packet Just In Time Gourmet® Meringue Mix
2 ounces of warm tap water
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip meringue powder with water to very stiff peaks. This will take up to 7 to 10 minute, depending on the mixer
• Top pie with meringue, using a spatula to form peaks.
• Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until meringue is lightly browned.
Yields 4 Cups
