Orange Pound Cake Mix
The tangy sweetness of a tree ripened orange throughout a delightful moist and fluffy cake.
1 packet Just In Time Gourmet® Orange Pound Cake with orange glaze packet
1 cup milk
5 tablespoons butter, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan or a Bundt pan with flour based cooking spray.
• Combine cake mix, milk, and butter. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Add eggs and beat two minutes longer. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan or Bundt pan.
• Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Mix orange glaze packet with sweetened condensed milk and set aside.
• Place warm cake on serving platter and drizzle the top of the cake with orange glaze.
