This hearty soup is a fantastic meal in itself! A flavorful, not-too-spicy, one-pot dinner that is ready in a jiffy.
Ingredients
1 packet Just In Time Gourmet® Taco Soup Mix
1 (15.25-ounce) can corn, undrained
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups of water
1 (15.5-ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
1 (4-ounce) can chopped chilies, undrained
1 pound cooked ground beef, drained
Directions
• Combine all ingredients in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 - 30 minutes.
• Serve warm.
