Orders excluding custom and personalized items are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Custom/Personalized item order times will vary depending on the item. This may be communicated via email, telephone, or website description.

Delays may occur due to circumstances that may be out of our control. We will attempt to communicate any delays if they occur.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently quote and provide estimates for UPS and USPS. We generally ship our items via UPS or USPS. We reserve the right to use shipping carriers other than those listed in the checkout process should it become necessary.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to countries around the world. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

P.O. BOXES

Only packages via USPS can be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please refrain from providing P.O, Boxes for your product shipments.
