Meyer Lemon Pound Cake Mix

1 packet Just In Time Gourmet® Meyer Lemon Pound Cake with Glaze
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1-2 tablespoons water
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with flour based cooking spray.
• Combine cake mix with butter, eggs and milk; blend until smooth. Pour mixture in prepared loaf pan.
• Bake 50 to 55 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing to serving plate.
• In a small bowl, combine glaze mix with 1 tablespoon water and mix until smooth. If needed, add 2nd tablespoon to reach desired consistency. Drizzle glaze over pound cake.
